RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Do you feel like your Crogs might be a little snug?

Before starting an exchange, please read the following:
Our Crogs are designed to fit snugly around your dog’s paws. You might need to gently stretch the opening to slide them on. We recommend pressing the width of the paw together while using your finger to help guide the paw into the shoe. The shoe should fit closely with minimal room for movement. If you're able to get the Crogs on, you likely have the right size. There’s usually no need to size up. Make sure your dog’s dew claw is tucked inside for protection, and ensure the Velcro strap is tight to keep the shoes securely in place. If the Crogs are rubbing against the carpal pads and you’re confident the size is correct, you can trim the rubber down to the top of the Velcro for extra comfort.


RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Start by sending us an email to Crogs4Dogs@gmail.com
  2. Please note that returns for refunds will be subject to a flat return shipping fee of $7, which will be deducted from your refund. Follow the instructions in the portal to submit your return and arrange shipping.

Exchange Policy (for orders within Canada):
You can exchange your Crogs for the same product in a different size or color at no additional cost. Simply select "exchange for a different size or color" in the returns portal and follow the instructions to complete your exchange.

If you wish to exchange for a completely different item (not just a size or color swap), follow these steps:

  1. Send us a photo of the item you would like to return.
  2. Let us know which item you would like to exchange for.
  3. Once your return is processed, the return fees will be waived, and your refund will be applied.
  4. You’ll receive a shipping label or QR code to return the original product, and your new order will be shipped separately with a new order number.

International Returns:
If you’re returning an item from outside of Canada, you’ll need to arrange your own shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking details so we can process your refund once the return reaches us. We currently do not offer free international exchanges. For a different size or item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Sale Items
All sale items are eligible for size and color exchanges only. We do not accept returns on sale items.
